Our client is a 500 fortune company from US (Automotive Industry) located in Suzhou

Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve performance of the production area while running at the lowest possible cost level when minimizing operational & environmental, health and safety risk.
- Improve communication in all level of the Area to foster people involvement & engagement.
- Manage assigned project to improve efficiently, quality, safety, problem solving
- Maintain appropriate documentation about production, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Applying continuous improvement processes in line with ISO TS
- Follow changes in related regulations, internal processes and present to management team.
- Make observations and take analysis, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved

Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering degree (masters)
- Proficiency in Quality Systems (especially in the Automotive Industry)
- Computer skills (CAD, thermal FEA, MS Office
- Language skills: Oral and written English language skill
