Responsibility:

1.To indentify production process flow

2.Able to create the workmanship instruction for production process

3.Calculate the manufacture time for each process

4.Efficiency improvement of process, like machining, assembly, testing, painting and welding.

5.Prepare the all necessary information for manufacture, eg. process, drawing, process card, BOM and so on.

6.Review production design from perspective of economic manufacturing process, also for continues improvement required

7.Design process tooling and fixture

8.Conclude and update the working instruction

9.Other assigned tasks

Required:

1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

2.3+ years working experience as Manufacturing/Process engineer

3.Knowledge for manufacture order/process

4.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English, interpersonal skill

5.Knowledge for ERP system

6.Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline.

7.Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense

8.Experience in pump industry is prefer/(not must)
