JOB PURPOSE
1. Planning, organizing and directing the Facility Department, with knowledge/skill set/experience of new facility set-up, renovation, and maintenance.
2. Responsible for facility system maintenance and troubleshooting, keep the facility operation smoothly and no interruption for MFG operation
3. Responsible for project led including equipment hookup by facility department.
4. Seek for utility saving opportunity in plant wide to comply with law and regulations.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

1. Manage the budget and cost of the section of the ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations
2. To provide support to operation group in term of work scheduling, training, troubleshooting
3. Ensure utility supplies (including Water, power, gas, vacuum and etc.) stable and no interruption to impact the manufacturing operation.
4. Server on Emergency Response Team (if applicable)
5. Set up, operate and maintain facility tools and equipment
6. Test, inspect, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair Facility systems
7. Finish hookup work on time and meet production line requirement
8. Help Dept. manager to setup Facility procedure, train, develop and retain staff
9. Identify & record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system
10. Guide and supervise all facility equipment and landscape maintenance, site housekeeping
11. Participate or lend in plant wide cross-functional activities
12. Perform other duties as required by supervisor

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Must possess a general knowledge of industrial maintenance and engineering
2. Good inter-personal and communication skills
3. Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and computer based applications
4. Good command of written and oral English as well as computer operation
5. The knowledge of ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18000 system is preferred.
6. Ability to communicate in English and computer literacy

QUALIFICATIONS
1. A related Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 5-7 years of related experience;
2. Majoring in engineering, M&E is proffered
3. Professional certification in health, safety or industrial hygiene preferred

Oversee the operations, involved in budget planning for Facility, and interface with other groups

1. Set goals for Facility section
2. Plan for future development in Facility.
3. New building expansion management.
