职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责贯彻和执行本公司产品涉及的国家相关政策法规；
2、负责公司质量管理体系的有效运行和维护，落实纠正预防和持续改进措施；
3、负责指导各部门建立质量管理规程（流程、职责、绩效指标、操作规程等），并监督执行；
4、负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训；
5、负责主持、组织和安排内部审核，将审核结果报告给管理代表；
6、主导内外部的质量投诉，并监督纠正预防措施的执行情况；
7、定期主持公司召开的质量月会，督促相关部门改善产品质量；
8、定期现场审核，督促相关部门提出纠正预防措施，并对有效性进行评估；
9、参与新项目开发，协助工程部提出产品的质量要求；
10、客户审核的接待和回复；
11、协助物料部的采购进行前期供应商评估；
12、主导供应商的定期审核，改善供应商的产品质量；
13、本部门的日常工作安排、监督，人员的培训；
14、完成上级领导交办的其他事项。任职要求
1、30-45岁，管理或理工科大专以上学历，英语熟练；
2、5年以上机械加工制造行业品质管理经验，3年质量经理经验，有质量工程师中级职称优先；
3、具备良好的分析判断能力，逻辑思维能力强，思维敏捷、处事干练，善于沟通，富有团队精神，能够承担压力；
4、熟练掌握OFFICE软件，文笔流畅；
5、熟练使用品质管理涉及的方法（如QC七大手法、SPC、MSA等）；
6、有ISO9001:2008或TS16949:2009内审员证书。公司介绍

This serves as a key part of our supply chain excellence, delivery efficiency and cost- effectiveness to our end-to-end supply chain solutions.
