We are looking for 2 Facility Engineers for a Germany and a US company in Suzhou and Changshu respectively.

Responsibility:

1. Facility maintenance experience for all utility equipment, compressor, HV/LV equipment, fire system, water system, boiler system, HVAC etc.

2 Create the functional location & task list for each equipment in SAP system, equipment data set up and maintenance,

3. Maintenance schedule create, maintenance order release, maintenance result confirmation

4. Communicate with technician for any issue which negative affect schedule 5. Energy analysis skill, ESH relative knowledge

6. Work with shift leader for maintenance result's analyses and find the solution to improve the weak point

7. Spare parts application & inventory control

Required:

1. Successfully completed college education in mechanical & electronica major

2. Excellent English written and oral communication skill is needed.

3. 2-3 years experiences in facility management, and inventory management experiences in multinational- company

4. SAP system experience is must

5. Mechanical & electronica work experience is more better
