职位描述
Job Purpose:
Supervising a team of tooling specialists, you will coordinate tooling design, feasibility, reliability and costs whilst monitoring the performance of the plant to ensure best practice is achieved.
Essential Functions:
· Work in conjunction with maintenance and production department to reduce downtimes and ensure tooling reliability for a smooth production. | 50 % |
· To help on supplier development for project / tool and check all relevant information about tool, such as die production schedule, assembly drawings, create relevant files for backup, spare parts. | 30 % |
· Create tooling & Jig management system and maintain it smoothly. | 20% |
3.- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required Education & Experience | · BS Molding or relative mechanical degree. · Over 3 years experience on tooling management · Experience in tooling design and maintenance · Experience with progressive dies. |
Preferred Education & Experience | · 4-7 years experience with tooling department leadership responsibilities. · Experience on setting up tooling management system for the new company. |
Languages | English is a plus (not a must) |
