Our customer is a switzerland pharmaceutic company.

Key responsibilities

· Performing all key processes from hiring to retiring

· Responsibility to support all activities required for WOFE set up (OT regulations, unions etc.)

· Development and implementation of all HR policies (employee handbook, local benefit plans, shift working regulations etc.)

· Develop and implement HR processes and tools

· Establishes solid HR reporting

· Develop and set up of hiring and training concept for operational phase

· Covers all SHE related aspects during project phase

Critical Experience and Skills

· Master's Degree in business administration with mayor in HR or master's degree with relevant additional qualification in HR

· 5+ years of solid and hands on HR experience ideally in setting up an HR operation (establishing policies, policies, tools etc.)

· Solid knowledge of local labor standard and legal framework

· Ideally experience in setting up a startup operations and preparing it for rapid growth in terms of people
