Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Management or its equivalent;
· Fluent in Oral and written English at least passed CET-6
.Familiar with base working procedure of employment/termination; local government regulations/policies
concerning enterprise management;
Work Experience:
· 5years' work experience as a Manager/Leader within the area of Sourcing for a foreign invested Manufacturing Company
· Work experiences from Company that is performing Mechanical and/or Electro-Mechanical assembly products.
Knowledge and capabilities:
· Honest
· Hands on person
· Good oral and written English, able to handle telephone calls with foreigners
· Communication skills with Suppliers, Customers as well as the internal staff
· Strong Leadership skills
· High degree of personal integrity and confidence
· Cooperative and able to encourage others
· 6 Sigma knowledge or similar
Job Responsibility
Responsible for;
· Leader of the Sourcing Engineers and Buyers Team
· Prepare, follow-up and fulfill budget of appointed Customer project within timeline
· Responsible for the TTM-process for development projects.
· Drive Customer Product cost saving projects,
· Establish breakdown goals and strategies for the department based on Company goals and strategies within defined timeframe
· Support in drawing and product reviews
· Lead the team to achieve annual KPI target
