Requirements
1. Professional requirement
1) College degree or above with major in Machinery Engineering or in equivalent
2) 3+ years working experience in machinery environment, min. 2 years of experience in fixtures and/or tooling management
3) Good knowledge in reading technical/mechanical drawings is essential
4) Knowledge of various fabrication techniques and fabrication terminology.
5) Rich experience in designing, familiar with CAD, Pro/E moldering and rendering (could be other rendering software) and Microsoft Office
6) Language: English: fluent
2. Personal – soft skill requirements
1) Open-minded about new ideas and new knowledge.
2) Problem solving skills and flexibility.
3) Team spirit, willingness to cooperate and communicating strength
4) Strong and effective communicating, persuading capability
5) Be responsible and methodic

Main Duties
1) Plan, design, produce and test jigs and fixture, jigs for manufacturing.
2) Coordinate their integration into the workflow.
3) Repair and maintain jigs and fixtures according the requirements.
4) Solve problems and tasks about jigs and fixtures on production lines.
5) Guarantee jigs and fixtures working properly in a fastest way and safe.
6) Handle all steps under the criteria of economic cost.
