岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
从事开展粘合橡胶的混炼配方及混炼工艺研究，对粘合胶料的研究设备及工艺有一定程度的操作经验和理解。
Lab requires a fresh talent with high polymer education background can do both hand-on work of compound remilling and the process optimization or properties investigation work.

主要职责:
Principal Accountabilities:
1. 熟练掌握开炼机及密炼机操作，高质量完成炼胶工作。
Accomplish the requirement timely with high quality. Skilled operation of remilling machine and internal mixture machine for the compound mixture.
2.能够设计胶料配方，进行研究复制及测试工作。
Support to reverse the adhesion compound and properties test work.

资格要求：
Qulification：
1. 高分子材料背景，本科学历；
2. 熟悉橡胶材料优先；
3. 熟练的英语口语及书写能力；
