职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /JOB DUTIES:

1.Lead the appointed products manufacturing engineering smoothly run in the process
2.Be responsible to deploy new products into manufacturing process, including monitoring BOM and routing correct from engineering department, layout, cycle time and manpower collocation and optimization, the related WI readiness etc.
3.Organize and coordinate pilot run process; capability and capacity study;
4.Lead to establish and implement quick check ,error-proof jigs and introduce poka-yoke, FMEA technology etc in lines;
5.Build the rate for time and material utilizing ;
6.timely trouble shooting on sites;
7.Support ECR and ECN to successfully run in process;
8.Communicate with other departments to find and feedback potential issue, and raise improvement suggestion and fulfillment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1. Preferred to Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing engineering or related
2. At least 3 years experience in a foreign manufacturing environment with 2 years’ experience at project or process engineering managerial role
3. Significant experience in metal products working preferred;

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Mature, flexible, good coordination skills; with goal-oriented working style as well as high teamwork spirit and conceptual abilities;
2. Solid knowledge various manufacturing process
3. Good organizational skills and strong communication skills
4. Strong analytical skills and trouble shooting capability;
