Summary/Objective
The Corporate Sales and Operation Planning Data Master/Manager manages all data for S&OP process; He or She will deal and chase the data across planning purchasing, production and scheduling, inventory and logistics in order to fulfill the process within the desire time fence. Meanwhile he or she should be able to analysis data and identify the key factors that would allow management team could take decision during the process to meet Company’s short-term and long-term supply chain management/production control requirements for the entire Glades Greiner Group.
Essential Functions

1. Chase and Support SCD for S&OP preparation by providing operational data such as planning purchase, operation as well as inventory forecasts within planning fence.
2. Make sure that decisions made during S&OP are known and respected operationally (specific RM sourcing instructions ; supply and production plans to be in line with volume committed)
3. For S&OP preparation, provide SCM level of supply and inventory expected on short term ;
4. Make sure decisions made during S&OP are used as guidelines for production planning and RM supply
5. Follow up on the actions defined during the S&OP process and alert in case of deviation.
6. Managing and analysis S&OP data base ERP system and ensure the data reliable and accuracy
7. Establish demand forecasting systems working closely with the sales, finance.
8. Customized report for all kind of purpose from management team
9. All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Occasional weekend and evening work as necessary.
Travel
Low to medium travel to Glades Greiner Group offices worldwide
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3-5 years related experience or planning experience
3. Preferably Supply Chain certified
