Education background: Bachelor and above
Major: Chemical Engineering and Technology
？ Process condition prepared and parameter setting before production based on Raw materials incoming inspection result
？ Organize daily equipment maintenance, and prepare plan maintenance with Engineering department
？ Make process optimization and improvement based on data analysis
？ Coordinate with Quality team to make reasonable Quality plan
？ Contact and communicate with sister site/function colleague to share some technology
？ Lead some improvement/investment project
？ Familiar related instrument such as ICP, GC etc.
1) Have working experience in distillation process
2) Know well to use the instrument such as ICP, GC…
3) Fluent English communication
4) Have some project management skill
5) Familiar control system, the preference is Yokogawa
