职位描述：
Duties:

1) Participate new product development, and mainly focus on bench work for prototyping and preliminary sensory evaluation.
2) Prepare small quantities of beverage base or products using equipment of the lab and pilot plant based on the existing formulas
3) Manage lab samples in order, including raw materials, prototypes and commercial products.

Requirement:

Education background: Bachelor degree with major in Food Science

1) Good hand-on capability for beverage prototype preparation.
2) General knowledge of the composition, structure and properties of inorganic substances needed to understand inorganic ingredients (e.g., acidulants, oxygen, water, buffers) used in Company products.
3) Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
