10.1 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electronics Engineering.
10.2 More than 3 years working experience in consumer electronics market as sales engineer in an international company.
10.3 Need on board training, have above CET-4 certificate.
11.1 Key account management.
11.2 Maintain smooth transfer of customers/projects from headquarter and keep business grow up.
11.3 Penetrate new customers and new business opportunities, follow up customer design in until winning orders.
11.4 Work on quotation and terms for customer, draft, amend and check agreement with customer.
11.5 Track customer order and forecast.
11.6 Update business plan and sales acquisition.
11.7 Update customer project status with headquarter.
11.8 Coordinate with Production, Material and Logistics Departments to achieve delivery schedule required by customer..
11.9 Propose and organize customer seminar, new product promotion campaign and exhibition.
11.10 Monitor customer complaint for best solution.
