The Project Manager/ Leader is responsible for leading the program in all aspects, from project award until 3 months after Start of Production. He/she is the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle.

Requirements:
? Technical study Bachelor
? Min 3 years experience in automotive industry
? Very good english
? Preferential experience in plastic industry


The main missions of the role are:

? Costs, timing and quality responsibility during project development steps, till 3 months after SOP
? Reports to Head of PM Asia
? Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official RA representative
? maintains communications with customers and suppliers to monitor their schedules and identifies, reports potential problems and lead problem solving analysis in order to implement corrective actions to solve them
? Coordinate internally project activities during project development steps, till 3 months after SOP
? APQP follow up, sharing single tasks responsibility with project team
? other duties assigned by the head of PM during project development
