About Internal Firm Services
In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.
Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.


We are looking for a Manager level candidate to join the PwC Beijing Marketing and Communications team for Pursuit?. Pursuit? is a framework that PwC uses globally to help build stronger client relationships to create opportunities and win more work. This involves anticipating what a client or target would value to supporting impactful client interactions, preparing proposals to delivering the PwC experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the line of service and industry leaders, client relationship partners and business development team, provide specialist marketing knowledge and expertise to help the team create, produce and deliver top quality proposals and win more business for the firm.



The ideal candidate will do this by:

  • Being the main point of contact and facilitating collaboration between the marketing, business development and client service teams.
  • Working with business development to deliver the PwC experience for our priority accounts.
  • Working closely with the Pursuit team to the common goal of designing an outstanding proposal solution that will help PwC to win more work.
  • Offering advice and providing creative input to the design and production of the proposals - ways of delivering messages; content review and quality control of final output
  • Managing external suppliers and the design studio to produce and deliver top quality proposals on time and to budget.
  • Managing a repository of ready-to-use contents for proposals, including fact sheets, credentials and capability statements, partner CVs, templates, etc.
  • Identifying tools for engaging with industry priority clients by working with the Thought Leadership and Research teams.

  • A sound business understanding as well as being commercially and risk aware.
  • Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a different team
  • The ability to form networks with Partners & staff at all levels and influence effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience building successful marketing strategies and plans.
  • Strong knowledge of new and traditional marketing and production techniques.
  • Proven track record in the delivery of business proposals preferred.
  • Experience of curating fresh and relevant thought leadership to create client conversations would be an add.



Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, advanced degree a plus, minimum of 8 years’ experience working for a large international organisation or other big four firm.
