Bachelor degree;
Male or female，female will be preferred;
Understanding about Building and facility equipment;
See his working place on side and not to sit in an air conditioned office;
Good in speaking and writing English;
Familiar with installation and acceptance of facility equipment;
Open mind，can handle new situations;
Self-organization and can work under high work load;
Discreteness and loyal to the Employer;
Has not a problem to work together and report to foreigners;
Min 5 years maintenance management experience in similar foreign company;
Familiar to read and draw layouts and architectural drawings;
Familiar with Microsoft Office，MS Pr叫ect and SAP System;
Experience to speak with suppliers; maintain problems; forward information's to the related persons;
Experience to work out specifications;
Has already experience to supervise a facility group;
Has experience to use Statistic for preventive maintenance analyzes.

Train the facility group continuously in personal skills to develop their performance;
Work out and improve preventive maintenance for building，and facility equipment;
Organize repair work with facility group; maintenance with suppliers and monitor them;
Organize Service companies for facility equipment ，monitor them and analyze their reports;
Monitor the quality and quantity of external and internal Service and maintenance work;
Hold contact to government departments for checks of equipment according to Chinese's regulations;
Analyze Check List for Transformer ，low Voltage cabinets，power distribution Cabinets;
Analyze Check List for pressure air，overhead crane，firefighting System and air con Systems;
Analyze and optimize operating cost;
Work out maintenance plan according to the analyze of reports and check lists;
Cooperate by work out the maintenance budget under considering of preventive maintenance and analyze of reports;
Cooperate by planning of new equipment with analyses and calculations.
