1.Lead project team and strictly execute according to project management procedure and responsible for regular project meeting & ROP workshop, project cost control, overall project performance;

2.Lead the functional team on project contract execution and commercial clarification, responsible for on time delivery.
就项目相关订单顺利执行协调各职能部门和商务内容的澄清，负责准时交货；
3.Responsible for project budget, and shall strive for Estimate At Completion improvements, with regular reporting on budget status.
负责项目的预算，努力实现EAC的改进，及时汇报财务状况
4.Regularly report to dept. head on project status, opportunities, problems and issues. Complete regular statistic and report.
定期向部门经理汇报项目状况，机会，问题。完成项目评审所需各项参数的统计；
5.Represent the BTES for all project issues, technical and commercial matters in front of the Customer within his/her mandate.
代表公司面对客户处理处理项目技术和商务问题。
6.Supervise performance of his or her core team member, provide on job training
监督下属的日常工作，提供在职培训以提升其绩效
7.Participate quality system implementation and execution
参与质量体系的导入和执行
8.Other assignment from superior

1、Bachlor or above，5 year working experience;
本科及以上学历，至少5年工作经验；
2、At least 3 year practical experience in project management in foreign company, mechanical industry is preferred;
3年以上机械行业外企项目管理经验；
3、Training of project management, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001;
项目管理培训，ISO9001或ISO 14001；
4、Familiar with relevant module of SAP;
熟悉SAP相应模块操作；
5、CET 6 or above, fluent in both oral and written English;
英语六级以上，听说读写能力优秀；
6、Excellent excel ability and good PPT skill;
优秀的计算机操作能力，如Excel，PPT；
7、Good communication ability and team player, strong leadership, task oriented.
善于沟通和团队协作，有较强的领导力，以目标为导向。
