Job Description
? Overall responsible for driving terminal asset integrity program to ensure facilities in optimal conditions to fulfill business and operations need.
? Overall responsible for developing and executing training plan for Maintenance department.
? Management of contractors and suppliers
? Compliance with local regulations and Vopak requirements - VPM, VMM and Repeatable Formula.
? Directs and leads department in the overall installation, maintenance & servicing of all equipment & infrastructure, necessary for the continuity of operations and the safety of terminal personnel.
? Develops and maintains departmental schedule and program for operating efficiency in line with operational context, inclusive of manpower development, resource allocation, prioritization and department budget
? Develops plans and cost estimations for upgrading works and projects on the terminal.
? Establishes preventive maintenance and service programs, procedures, and record systems in order to audit the performance of the services
? Provides maintenance and cost advice on terminal facilities related to short and long term needs of the business
? Drive for continuous safety performance for Staff and Contractors
Initiate cost saving efficiency to leverage maintenance
? Comply and promote the company SHE&Q regulations and culture
? Work in hand with Project Department where applicable for terminal projects covering:
- Safety, budget, schedule and quality.
- Governmental applications and approvals for projects.
- Preparation of design and tender documents

Minimum requirements
? Degree in Engineering
? At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in project, engineering and maintenance
? At least 3 years in managerial position
? Strong people and project management skills
? Strong internal customer focus
