工作职责(major JD)：

1.Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in the turbo machinery market

2.Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability and expansion of customer bases,including OEM companies,engineering companies and end users.

3.Prepare and implement action plans for effective search of sales leads,prospects and new market penetration.

4.Align with global market manager,group companies and application engineering team in search for new business opportunities and project implementation.

5.Create and conduct product,solution,proposal presentation to customers

6.Provide timely,accurate and complete feedback to management regarding market,projects,customer,competitors and own performance

7.Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
