Position: Project and Program Manager
Client: Family owned German FMCG Company
Salary: 13.000 - 16.000 RMB Base Salary, plus attractive allowance package
Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting to: Head of Business Development China
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze the brands and products potential market size, share, trends and competitors
- Support Head of Business Development to identify, evaluate, and generate business growth opportunities in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea
- Write and review monthly, quarterly and yearly reports sales reports
- Analyze P&L sheet, data and sales reports
- Price and margin calculation and review of distributor proposals
- Develop and execute strategic and business development project plans (capacity, costs, time plan, contents, project organization, work packages)
- Promote company brands and image in Chinese Market
- Other jobs assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree
- 2-5 years working experience in an international company, FMCG and/or Retailer
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- German language skills would be a plus
- Strategic thinking skills
- Detail and deadline oriented working style
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of business development
- Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to Excel, Power Point and MS Word
- Sound communication skills (internal and external)
- Hands-on mentality and a strong customer focus
- High level of stress resistance and deadline oriented working style
- Willingness to learn
- Able to take initiatives as well as to work in an international team
