New Zealand wine is best known world wide for high purity in quality, with a reputation for excellence, fruit driven qualities, and taste. The natural e***ironment and climate make the grapes grow with length in colder climates structuring full aromas of the nature around it. New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc has been the world's best Sauvignon Blanc with amazing aroma and taste. Pinot noir, is fruity and softer than French Burgundy wines making it easyfor people to accept. The use a metal screw caps avoids cork wine oxidation and pollution (data shows: 5-10% of wine has become oxidised by it being corked), therefore increasing the life and structure of the wine.
