Implement technical training strategy, policies, and procedures to all employees.
Develop, communicate, and execute annual technical training related plan.
Develop and maintain suitable training facilities.
Analyze, report, and act on all technical training evaluation and record on weekly or monthly review.
Handle Compliance Wire.
Develop technical training procedures.
Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:
Good Communication Skill
Presentation Skill
Systematically Thinking
Technical School or above degree
Good English capability
At least 1 year working experience on technical training related
Hands-on
Team player
Comfortable with IT applications
Quality training experience is preferred or work in a highly regulated industry
Knows GMP, ISO and other quality requiremen
