1 Job Summary:工作摘要
File all important documents, SAP system maintenance, purchasing department internal administration.
    
2 Duties and Responsibilities:
2.1 Maintain master data in SAP.
2.2 Create or change Purchasing Order in SAP according to the information given by buyers.
2.3 Create or change Schedule Agreement in SAP according to the information given by buyers.
2.4 Support indirect material buyer to do some purchasing for easy consumed goods such as stationary, labor protection goods etc.

3 Authority:
3.1 Create or change PO and SA in SAP
