职位描述：
工作任务：
根据公司质量方针，建立、实施和维护符合ISO9001要求的有效质量保证体系
Apply company quality policies and develop, implement and maintain effective quality assurance system according to ISO9001 requirements
全面管理质量部，确保部门绩效符合公司管理目标、预算成本的要求
Manage and supervise quality department to ensure its performance meet company target and budgeted cost requirements
质量目标的设定和达成分析，管理评审和业务持续改善
Plan, maintain and analyze data for the operational goals including quality objectives, budgets, management review and business improvement initiatives
程序文件的制定和维护，确保所有产品的质量水平得到保持和改进
Establish and maintain quality procedures and equipment that ensures that the quality level for all products can be held or improved
负责供应商质量管理，制定供应商质量指南，来料检验和处理决定，供应商定期评审
Manage supplier quality performance including supplier quality guidelines, incoming inspection and dispositions making and ongoing evaluation
生产过程的质量控制，及时采取纠正预防措施以减少不良和潜在失效的发生
Monitor manufacturing system to take fast corrective and preventive actions to minimize the defects and potential failures
负责客户投诉和退货的处理，制定8D报告并跟踪和验证相关纠正预防措施的实施直到问题的解决
Handle customer complaints and returns, generate 8D reports and respond to customer concerns in time, drive and verify corrective and preventive actions till the issues physically solved
组织实施内外部审核、审核结果的跟踪和报告
Organize the internal and external audit &communications, report and follow up the audit results
测量监控设备的管理维护，确保得到校验并有效
Measurement equipment, tooling and fixture control, make sure them is valid
不合格品控制和内外部纠正/预防措施的跟踪、实施和验证
Non-conforming control and internal/external corrective/preventive actions implement, follow up and verify
供应商投诉/退货的处理、分析和改进跟踪
Handling and follow up supplier quality complaint/return
参与新项目/产品开发和导入过程，为其提供测量和检验支持
Participate in the verification and validation of new project by arranging measurement and testing during sampling stage and communicate with customer/supplier
监控质量成本和质量趋势，推动持续改进
Monitor cost of quality and quality trends to drive continuous improvement
主导 PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 控制计划, SOP等的实施
Lead PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, SOP and etc.
负责质量管理体系和质量管理知识的培训
Drive training of QMS and quality tools
下属KPI的设定和定期绩效评估
KPI set up for staff and performance review
定期质量报告
Periodic quality report
上级指定的其它工作任务
Perform other duties as directed by Management



岗位要求：? 机械、材料、机电一体化或质量管理大学本科以上学历
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Material or Mechatronics Engineering or Quality Assurance
? 5年以上跨国公司质量管理或工业工程或工艺工程师经验，2年以上管理经验。有压铸、注塑、冲压或铝型材行业工作经验
5+ years’ experience in quality assurance, industrial engineering or a manufacturing engineer role in an international manufacturing company, at least 2 years management role. Engineering background with all or some of the following fields: Die-casting or injection molding or Metal Stamping or Aluminum Extrusion
? 有ISO9001或TS16949内审员证
Certified ISO9001 or TS16949 internal auditor
? 能看懂工程图纸，了解产品公差要求
Product Drawing reading and knowledge of tolerance is a must
? 熟练使用各种质量工具，会 Mini-Tab
Familiar with Basic Quality tools, Mini-Tab a plus
? 英语听说写流利
Good oral & written English
? 熟练使用Microsoft Office特别是Excel
Excellent level of use of Microsoft Office, with mid-level Excel knowledge
? ERP质量管理模块一年以上使用经验
At least 1 year experience in managing quality documentation through an ERP system

Highly motivated self-starter
