职位描述：
1. Define the non-woven process standard, make training of it and monitor its implementation as well
2. Manage the process documents, defining work instruction, Layout, PFMEA, CT, Line balance, fixture etc.
3. Take part in process continuous improvement and optimizations.
4. Define and renew the production flow, making production efficiency improvement
5. Trouble shoot production and process issues.
6. Use quality tools to analyze and reduce product defects
7. Finalize the needle punch non-woven process parameter and define the 1st part check list
8. Ensure the process stability
9. Provide assitance and work with procurement and quality department in vendor selection and qualification of process；
10. Responsible for maintain PLM system
11. Attend the machine capacity study and new machine specification definition
12. Attend process and machine safety risk identification
13. Propose rationalized suggestion in process management
14. Assist the new product trail and issue tracking
15. Assist new product process analysis and sample preparation
16. All other duties assigned by the manager


? Colleage degree or above, major in high polymer and related field
? Min. 5-year working experience in non-woven or paper
? Familiar with CAD computer programs
? Good skill with non-woven process definition and development
? Skillful at quality tools implementation
? Familiar with TS16949 and APQP 5 core tools
? Strong teamwork spirit
? Good communication and coordinating skills
