Responsibilities
? Data mining
? Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
? Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
? Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
? Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
? Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
? Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
? Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions
? Assess, review database management tools
? Identify areas of improvement to optimize data flows
? Architect and develop data models, ETL packages, OLAP cubes, and reports utilizing Power BI applying best practices through the development lifecycle
? Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
? Crafting and executing queries upon request for data
? Presenting information through reports and visualization
? Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
? Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
? Mapping of data points using appropriate GIS tools
? Develop and update technical documentation

? 设计、创建并维护商业智能解决方案
? 评估、审查数据管理工具
? 识别可提升空间，优化数据流
? 使用Power BI系统构建数据模型、ETL数据包、OLAP数据立方体并生成报告，全程选择最优操作方案
? 与其他部门协作，完成数据系统的整合
? 收到数据请求后执行数据处理操作
? 以报告及可视化形式呈现信息
? 为标的项目创建可视化文件及报告
? 评估并改进现有BI系统
? 使用合适的GIS工具绘制数据地图
? 创建并更新技术文档
Requirements
? Bachelor degree - Preferred foundation in business intelligence, business informatics or computer science
? Experience using Microsoft SQLServer as a data mining and analysis tool
? Familiarity with GIS software (ESRI, Quantum GIS, Cartodb or equivalent)
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX
? Experience with Microsoft products including Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Visual Studio a plus. High aptitude to learn other relevant software applications (QlikView, Tableau, etc)
? Ability to be creative and analytical in a problem-solving environment
? Responsible, resourceful, self-disciplined team player
? Native Chinese Mandarin speaker
? Proficiency in English preferred but not essential
