职位描述：
Major Responsibility

1. Explore/design/install manufacturing process Equipment/JIG/Fixture/Tooling to meet safety, quality and production requirement.

2. In charge to review/buyoff process JIG/Fixture/Tooling exploration, design and installation for all manufacturing process to ensure meeting safety regulation, lean and quality requirement.

3. Lead or participate in continuous improvement project through waste reduction, process improvement and standardization of task.

4. Coordinate and organize cross functional project meeting based on project need.

5. Implement MOS


Qualifications
? Knowledgeable in Pro-E CAD and demonstrated strong design capabilities on Jigs and fixtures.
? 7 QC tools
? Good computer literacy (Excel, Words, Power point)
? Good communication skill both written and spoken. (Chinese & English).

Working Conditions

? Spend 20% of the time in office meetings(Projects and other key meetings), 70% of time in workshop managing daily task and projects. 10% in reporting write-up and presentation material preparation. Able to be flexible and working in a fast pace manner.
? Physically fit and must be a hands-on person.
? Able to withstand high work pressure and manage pressure effectively.
