Job Description:

1. Responsible for project technology issues and problems solving;
2. Support local IT infrastructure, including servers, network, desktop etc.;
3. Good knowledge with windows programming, ability to develop small applications, batch jobs etc. is preferred;
4. Collaborate effectively with IT staff, technical and functional users at all levels;
5. End user training;
6. Other trouble shooting assigned by IT Supervisor/Manager.



Requirement and Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with Computer Science Technology;
2. At least 2 years experiences on Windows 2003 server/lotus notes/network/helpdesk/antivirus/bake up, etc. , good working experience in multinational company is preferred.
3. Familiar with MS SQL 2005/2008, experienced with backup solution;
4. Familiar with Lotus Notes, Symentec Backup Exec, Cisco Call Manager system is preferred;
5. Good communication skills, including oral and writing in English is required;
6. Team spirit, proactive, is willing to accept challenges and work under press;
7. Good technical background;
