职位描述：
1. Responsibilities:
岗位职责
- As a planner, supporting all of planning function. Keep effective communication internal and external to keep smooth production and meet customer's requirements.
作为计划员，支持所有的计划方面的工作，通过有效的内部和外部沟通，保证生产的正常运转，达到客户需求。
- According to monthly production schedule (MPS), arrange weekly production plan. Adjust weekly and daily production target and ensure fulfilling production task and sales plan based on customer's requirement and inventory level.
将月度总生产计划分解为周生产计划，根据客户的需求和原材料库存情况, 调整好每星期、每日生产指标，保证生产任务和销售计划的完成。
- Closely communicate with the sales department to support all sales orders can be fulfilled on time.
与销售部门保持密切沟通，保证订单按时完成。
- Responsible for issuing work order in Infor system, checking warehouse exact receiving quantity for each WO timely, and finishing WO before each finance closing date.
负责将工单输入Infor系统,及时查对每个WO的仓库实收数量,在每个财务结帐日前关闭WO。
- Disposition the materials in Infor according to WO.
依据工单进行Infor 系统的发料。
- Follow up production output for each products, update production daily, weekly and monthly report, and to maintain the reports into the KANBAN system.
负责对每个产品的产出进行日、周、月的数量产出跟踪并更新产出报告, 并将产出报告维护到看板系统中。
- Keep good relationship with all departments and department inside. Feedback difficulties in contacting and planning critical issues to director timely.
维护与所有部门及本部门的良好关系，及时反馈给上司联系中的困难及计划中的问题。
- Complete annual Performance Objective and other missions required by manager/director.
负责完成上司下达的年度工作目标和临时交代的其它任务。
- Support Infor parameter maintenance work;
支持Infor系统的参数维护工作；

2、Skills and qualifications required:
任职要求
- Know well about production procedure, BOM and relevant details.
熟悉生产程序，物料清单及相关的细节。
- Be familiar with planning system application and having well knowledge about MRP
熟悉计划系统的应用操作，并具备MRP/MRPII良好的基础知识。
- Above college Degree and over 3 years' experience in related fields.
大专以上学历，至少三年以上相关工作经历。
- Good skills in English, PC & Communication.
