职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- HR system administration,be responsible for HR IT project design, modify and implement research plans for program monitoring; providing system process and skill training to HR colleagues.
Tasks:
- Responsible for delivery ongoing HR system support for Siemens OUs in scope
1. Daily system administration
- Monitor and control HR system, and adopts appropriate control measures to ensure its continuous and steady operation;
- Performance monitoring, diagnosis and tuning for the backend database(SQL Server);
- Supervise authority control on HR system;
- Follow up routine maintenance schedule {daily, monthly and annually etc}; Record system status and analysis condition;
2. Daily business supporting/ vendor management
- Data maintenance for the data out of system process;
- Deal with the bad process data;
- Delivery report from database on query from management team;
- Keep strong communication and co-ordination with suppliers to achieve cooperation among the partners and HR system development;
3. Suggest improvements or additions to current service delivery process
- Continually optimize the process,improve the productivity for HR system platform;
- Aim for constant improvement and consciously and methodically work towards system development;
- Documentation of standard product description and procedures.
4. Project Management
- Manage HR IT projects independently for system research and analysis, blueprints design;
- Lead HR system implementation, including vendors management, configuration and implementations;
- Ensuring that project documents are complete,implement the maintenance with vendors;
5. Knowledge management and sharing
- Personal and team document administration;
- Responsible for payroll knowledge skills training both within and outside of the team.
6. Other tasks
- Support the other operation process improvement within department;
- Perform other duties as assigned from Dept. Manager.
Knowledge and skills:
1. Have strong logical thinking ability and the ability to prepare the code,bachelor degree or above, major in computer science is preferred;
2. Be proficient in SQL language, be familiar with SQL Server;
3. Familiar with MS office;
4. Good communication skill and presentation skill;
5. Master the principle of HR system,have experience with more than one HR system is preferred
6. Preferable to have experience on HR system implement.
