M&M Software operates in a fast-growing industry sector and in an internationally successful environment. We develop customised software solutions, based on Microsoft.NET. The scope of responsibility comprises plant- and device engineering, operating & monitoring, asset management, measurement data provision in the web, mobile applications, client / server.

Responsibilities
1. Develop embedded software
2. Support team members on embedded software development

Requirement.

1. Good knowledge in C programming language

2. Solid work experience in embedded software development
- Real time operating systems. Experience with Segger embos or eCos would be an advantage
- Task synchronisation
- Development tools (debugger, emulator). Experience with IAR would be an advantage

3. Basic hardware knowledge
- Microprocessor architectures. Experience with Renesas M16C or ARM would be an advantage

4. Proficient in both spoken and written English

5. Soft skills:
- Communicative
- Strong interest in technology
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work rapidly into new subjects on one’s own initiative
- Readiness to write specifications
- Fulfill the requirements of a professional software development process

6. Experience in field bus, such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, HART or FF would be an advantage
