Responsibilities
1. Organize technical trainings for in-experienced software engineers including fresh graduates (trainees), focusing on relevant technologies.
2. Introduce M&M development process to trainees.
3. Supervise English training for trainees.
4. Develop the group of trainees to be a self-motivated team.
5. Participate in recruitment activities (for trainees).
6. Target is to prepare trainees ready for productive project / product development in a reasonable period (e.g., 6 months).

Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or related) with more than 6 years of work experience in the area of Windows based software development; or Master Degree with more than 4 years work experience.
2. Expert knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
a. Software Design & Architecture (Design Pattern, etc)
b. .NET Technology (WPF, WinForm, etc)
c. Agile Development Process (SCRUM)
3. Solid work experience in both software development and training.
4. Good presentation skill and able to create professional training material (handouts, presentation).
5. Strong interest in technical training and knowledge sharing.
6. Good reading and writing English skill.

M&M Academy

Providing help for struggling projects

Besides the need of training we also have a need for consulting, coaching and troubleshooting in some of our projects. The idea is that the academy could also fulfill such tasks, since the trainers should be experts. So we will consider this function as well but maybe with a lower priority

Providing in-house training for all employees

Beside that the academy should also increase the competencies of our employees by offering in-house training. In-house training can happen just by attending an open class or by setting up M&M specific customized trainings.

Open the courses for external customers

to increase the scope of the academy to set up a full-featured training center.
