职位描述：
*To ensure Quality Systems implemented in Gerad Technologies are in conformance and up to-date according to Quality requirements requested by customers and international quality standards. (E.g , ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, QC08000, etc)
*Advise and support management on the introduction and implementation of QM
*Defined and drive site QM measures.
*Evaluate QM effectiveness and compliance to international standard.
*To identify and improve / rectify weakness in manufacturing quality system.
*To drive Proactive Quality Engineering, built-in quality.
*To ensure harmonization of Quality System implementation practices.
*To define continuous improvement strategy / activities and drive implementation and review monitoring.
*Introduce and drive PMT for MSA compliance.
*To ensure and co-ordinate management review min once annually.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
*To identify, evaluate & control potential hazards to safety, health & environment which may exist in the production processes.
*To develop safe operating procedures for production processes which have potential risk/impact to safety and health and environment
*To cooperate in accident investigation and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of accident.
*To train new subordinates on matters related to safety, health & environment before theyare allowed to handle/operate the machine or process.
*To promote and disseminate information related to safety, health & environment to all subordinates.
*To investigate complaints, and entertain feedback, suggestion, view and opinion related to safety, health & environment from subordinates.
*To identify and provide suitable personal protective equipment (PPEs) that may be required by subordinates while at work.
*To enforce regulations and procedures on safety, health & environment
*To address matters related to safety, health & environmental concern to the management for continual improvement.

1.Bachelor or above in electronic engineering/physics or applied science or with more than 6 years relevant working experience
2.Ability to work effectively in team environment
3.Strong communication skills
4.Good English skill in oral and writing
