职位描述：

Master degree or above, major in EE，Micro-electronics, Communication engineering or Computing.
具有电子工程、微电子、通信工程或计算机等专业硕士及以上学位。
At least 2 years of experience with IC test background. Excellent fresh graduates from key
university related disciplines also could be considered.
至少2年以上半导体芯片测试领域工作经验。重点大学相关专业优秀应届硕士研究生亦可。
Strong IC test experience, better with experience of Advantest T5581/85/88/93, JEC Oven.
有丰富的半导体芯片测试经验，有爱德万T5581/85/88/93系列平台、JEC Oven经验者优先。
Experience with software programming in C/C++ better with ATE programming experience.
熟练使用C/C++编程，有ATE编程经验者优先。
Good knowledge and experience on memory product.
具备较强存储产品知识者优先考虑。

岗位要求：

Provide test solution(including hardware and software) for new introduced product.
为公司新引入产品提供硬件以及软件方面测试方案。

Develop&maintenance test program for DRAM/Flash product.
存储产品测试程序开发与日常维护。
New developed test program and test board debug.
新开发测试程序以及测试板的调试。
Provide technical support to production engineering for test system abnormal case.
协助工程部门一起解决测试系统异常状况。
Test system optimize including hardware and software.
测试系统软硬件优化。
New test platform evaluation and existing platform integration.
新测试平台评估已经现有平台的优化整合。
Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
