职责描述：

1.Generation of process and product quality control instruction

2.Process quality monitoring, data collecting and data analysis

3.Cooperate with other department for Process and Product quality problem resolving

4.Cooperate with shift team for Quality improvement

5.Customer complaint handling

6.Timely corrective/preventive action feedback to customer
