Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Organize the development about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, Reverse engineering, DTC

- Organize the LV usage of the lab facilities and equipment to fullfill the internal requirement or find the right external test capacities

- Be responsible for all of the product certification / approval, the support for Customer Service and return goods

- Responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation

- Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products

- Optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost

- Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products

- Support the localization project for local material, production, etc

- Analyze the current market situation in cooperation with SLC Business Unit and colleagues from the R&D/PM Centers in Germany

- Support other internal departments as well as the Business Unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluations

- Plan headcount, interview and hire applicants, plan, assign, direct and supervise work, guide and train personnel, control goal achievements, assess, reward, and discipline employees, review salary and grant bonus in cooperation with personnel department, address complaints

- Ensure continuity of work in case of absence

- Plan resources and budget of LV R&D division

Requirements:-

Technologies:

- Most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear; bachelor in engineering or qualified technician with professional experience

- Manufacture engineering and quality management skill

Methodologies:

- Methods of discussion and cooperation

- Testing, validating, approval of documents
