职位描述：
1、参与和执行新生产项目的生产活动，以配合生产主管按时按量达成生产相关任务；
2、遵守总部和当地的质量相关要求，严格遵守生产线的制造流程、操作规范和工作指导书要求；
3、服从生产资源管理规划，包括生产调度和资源分配，以确保高的质量、效率和安全达成率；
4、按照公司要求的医疗行业良好的生产规范，执行洁净室的生产活动、清洁活动、清场活动、设备维护或场地维护活动等；
5、积极主动的提交改善提案，得以改进生产效率和产品质量，有效降低生产成本；
6、及时发现与生产、质量和安全相关的异常质量和隐患，并报告给主管或工程师；
7、生产主管指派的其他工作任务。

职位要求：
1、高中、技校或以上学历；
2、在制造业3年或以上的生产经验，具有医疗行业GMP工作经验者优先考虑；
3、了解ISO9001、ISO13485、QSR、GMP等质量管理体系程序；
4、熟悉基本的生产质量、安全异常处理流程；
5、能进行见简单的英语对话；
6、具有基本的英语阅读能力者优先考虑；
7、好的团队意识、乐观向上；
8、学习能力佳，执行力强；
9、基本的协调沟通能力；
10、有强烈的工作责任感，踏实稳定的工作态度。
