1.Maintenance the attendance record and leave summary report to ensure an accurate base for payroll.

维护月度考勤信息（考勤数据收集，整理，会签，生成报告， 员工假期管理）

2.Register HR information and prepare WVCS & WCVS HR reporting (Headcount report, KPI report) timely.

按时登记录入员工信息，准备2个工厂的人事相关报表

3.Support HR Specialist to CV screening, tele-phone interview.

协助人事专员筛选简历，电话面试

4.Coordinate with labor agency to arrange new employee on boarding process.

与人力资源公司沟通，及时安排新员工入职报道事宜

5.Support HR Specialist to prepare the orientation and improve the training quality continually.

协助人事专员进行新员工入职培训或其他培训相关事宜

6.Be a assistant of HR Specialist

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree, Major in Human Resource Management

本科学历，人力资源管理专业

Has 1 year HR working experience

1年人力资源相关工作经验

Welcome fresh graduate who has HR relevant internship job experience

The contract period of this position is temporary for 6 month. Company will renew the contract after 6 month with considering employee performance & company development needs.
