Scope and Purpose of Job

1. Mechanical supplier sourcing , audit with the related people & approve as the qualified supplier.

2. Sourcing the good material from local market & get the competitive price and qualified on the quality control.

3. Good communication on the technical request with the new coming parts. Find the suitable vendor to make . good negotiation on the cost of the materials.

4. Supplier management , have the good performance on quality control, on time delivery.

Relationships

This job is the member of procument & engineer department, will work with supplier quality engineer to work on the supplier selection & performance review .

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1Source and develop the local supplier base.

2 Negotiation agreement and contact with supplier based on the new project transfer.

3 Localize the parts according to the schedule & supplier performance & service improvement.

4 Responsible for continuing cost reduction & negotiation. have the capability to make the cost analysis on mechnical materials.

5 manage local supplier including capacity, tools etc and the supplier's capability annual evaluation.

Competencies

·Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical or engineering disciplines.

·More than 5 years working experience in related field.

·Good communication and negotiation skills

·Have the background in small /medium quality companies.

·Knowledge of QS9000 quality system. Familiar with supplier audit process.

·Good computer skill and familiar with ERP system

·English skill both in oral and written.

·Good team player
