Organize and lead the whole depot team to work smoothly. Carry out the in-house repair at the know-how level with a goal of acquiring good repair quality and efficiency to meet and exceed the customer satisfaction. Coordinate relationship between department internal and external. Make full use of manpower, financial, material resources, information and technical resources. Achieve department general aim by the ways of good planning, organizing, leading and controlling, to maintenance department operation smoothly.
Job Description:
? Oversee depot repair operations for optimal turnaround time on customer repairs, meeting and exceeding established KPI’s.
? Organize, develop and implement best work flows for maximum departmental efficiency and cost savings.
? Provide monthly detail reports on all departmental metrics to monitor the depot repair performance and improve service quality continually.
? Set up the proper service stock level to meet the repair circulation; Coordinate required stock updates on new products.
? Work closely with field service and technical support team on product related issues, customer repair enquiries and general support.
? Provide administrative and technical direction to all depot repair engineers -- includes
personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, and training.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.
? Bachelor degree, or above. Professional background in electronics, chemistry, engineering.
? 5 years or more direct related working experience required with minimum of 3 years experience in service management or related leadership role.
? Proven ability to supervise personnel and excellent verbal/written English communication skills required.
? Honest, self-discipline, innovation, responsibility
