Job summary:
-To test and release newly developed or localized brake parts
-To coordinate and optimizate NVH performance of global and local project

Responsibility:
-To setup and conduct instrument according to specification, to lead standard brake component NVH testing (FRF, OMA...)
-To define, develop & optimize the techiniques of NVH measurement of brakes, to creat and upate operational test method
-To work with FEA engineer to correlate FEA modal and support to work out optimized NVH solutions
-Lead and coordinate all NVH activities related to customer project
-Plan all required common investigation/strategy to achieve best NVH-configuration; coordinate tests with laboratory, test benches and other CBI departments and customer; analyse results of these investigations together with the specialists within NVH department.
-Work with CBI global NVH team if required

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering / NVH or related field
-2~3 year experience in NVH testing and problem solving in automotive or related industry
-Can use at least one NVH test devices, e.g B&K, Dataphysicals, LMS, Polytec.
-Good communication & coordination skills
-Good English both in oral and written
