职位描述：
Summary:
Setting up & manage emergency maintenance teams within department to reduce machine downtime rate and prevent form risk of long downtime for critical equipment to ensure the production on the move.
Provide technical supports on equipment repairing and maintenance.

Basic Knowledge and Skills：
At least 5 years relevant experience in facility maintenance.
Proficient in MS Office.
Be familiar with AutoCAD.

Responsibility:
Setting up & manage facility maintenance teams within department to reduce to ensure smooth and safe operation of utilities.
Perform preventative maintenance for facility equipment.
Make sure all facilities maintenance activities comply with established procedures.
Supervise outside contractor’s work and ensure the work meets the proper engineering standards and EHS requirements.
Provide technical supports to facility technicians on trouble shooting.
Spare parts warehouse management.
Liaise with local authorities as necessary.
Coordinate with production and administration on plant service.
Coordinate with EHS on special equipment management and carry out safety audit.
Coordinate the TPM implementation and saving projects. 举报 分享
