销售主管------------------- report to sales manager
要求:
1、有汽车轮胎,或轮胎相关工具,以及汽车维修方面产品经验。
2、英文口语流利,能接受欧美人士的口语面试。
3、本科以上学历
4、有三到四年的销售管理经验
5、对渠道和分销有相应的经验。
6、基本年薪10万起,外加提成,面议。

8、Job Description EN:
-To build up the sales network around China in line with business plan;
-To develop and/or build up solid business relations local distributors in region to ensure sellout target achievement/ Monthly/ Yearly;
-To make a sales plan on a monthly base and follow;
-To collect monthly sales information from local distributors and report in time;
-To Identify local business opportunities, as well as potential risks. Early warnings in case of low sell outtgt achievement;
-To be Responsible for training the local Distributors to improve the selling skill;
-Initiate and organize sales activities and necessary training programs to help reginal distributors sell out;
-Visit distributors or customers on day–day base with local distributors’ sales force in region to promote Corghi sales;
-Coordicate with marketing to conduct the promotion correctly;
-Provide relevant competitors’ marketing information periordically in region to management, including pricing, product via a proper & legal way;
9、Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferable marketing or commercial experience
- At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, tire/auto workshop equipment or tools sales experience will be plus
- The overview of region sales network, good communication skills
- Experience in companies with channel & distribution sales, multi-international working experience will be a plus;
- Frequent business travel
- Good English
