Key Functions:

1. Be responsible for the facilities and machines ’ prevention and protection plan and maintenance to satisfy production requirement 负责工厂所有设备、设施的维护维修保养工作,以保证设施设备满足生产要求。

2. Establish and manage the master maintenance program. Plan to record to track performance of all critical machine components to formalize a predictive and preventive maintenance .
制定和执行重要设备的预防性维护保养制度，督促记录关键生产设备及部件的运行状况，制定预防及防护性维修计划

3. Continual improvement to reduce the maintenance frequency , control and analysis the maintenance cost.
以降低机器故障为目的的持续改善，分析和控制维修成本

4. Be responsible for safekeeping spare parts and relevant tools and supporting for production in time, provide technical support to purchasing 管理备件备品以及相关工具，并及时对生产以及采购设备或备品备件提供技术支援。

5. Training maintenance operators and relevant production operators, ensure that they can do good job in their area . Lead to purchase and install the new machines or facilities.
培训维修部员工以及相关产线员工, 确保他们都能安全正确地完成维修维护任务。领导新设备设施的采购及安装调试工作。

6. Lead to register all the equipments and tools , arrange to record maintenance record
领导记录登记公司所有设备设施以及工具等，并做好维护保养记录

7. Ensure all the equipments and facilities are in line with company OHS requirement
确保公司所有设备设施符合公司安全健康操作规范。

8. Other jobs assigned by company 公司安排的其它工作

Requirement :
1. Bachelor or above degree.大学或以上的学历
2. Engineering, Machinery, Automatic engineering is preferred机械或自动化等相关专业
3. Good English and familiar with textile machines are highly preferred 良好的英语和熟悉了解纺织行业机械设备优先
