1.Bachelor degree on Human Resource management or relevant education;
2.Be familiar with HR processes and procedure as well as overall operations
3.Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations
4.Has business acumen,strategic thinking
5.Good command of English language and social interaction skills
Job Description
1.According to the relevant legal policy, developed recruitment policy and the process
2.Executive recruitment policies, and continuously improve processes, to the company culture and management needs
3.The effective management of the annual recruitment budget
4.Attendance management include absence, leaves and overtime statistic
5.To Responsible for the overall payroll process include prepare monthly employees' salary.
6.Lead a team to build up learning environment and training system to support people and leadership development strategy and needs
7.Establish and promote enterprise culture, strengthen and guarantee of the internal and external communication channels, clear
8.Providing advice to the management team in Human Resources related issues
9.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all related safety regulations and environmental policies in the Company.
10.Solid hands-on experience in C&B/Payroll, Recruitment/ER, L&D areas are preferred.
