Job description:

1. Negotiate with suppliers for best possible price, terms and conditions, quality and service.
1. Make up purchase orders and ensure all the terms clearly.
2. Tracking the delivery for the materials.
3. Ensure supply of materials, equipment and services through timely business execution and ensure all the cost, quality and cycle time can consistent with purchasing schedule.

4. Push suppliers on delayed deliveries and minimize impact on schedule.
5. Clean up the invoice and works with Accounts Payable to resolve any issues relative to purchase orders.
7. Handle the defective materials with the help of quality department.

8. Prepare purchasing data analysis as required by management.
8. Do other paper work.

Requirement:

1. Familiar with purchasing process and foreign trade procedures, able to work independently with high quality

2. Responsible for the disposition and scheduling of direct material for new project.

3. Resourceful, creative, business-minded, self-motivated, enjoys challenges and able to work under pressure
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
5. With planning and organization skills; customer and performance oriented
6. At least one year experience in the purchasing area, basic understand of mechanical and electronic spec.
7. Good English both writing and oral is a must.
