Basic Demands
Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or above,male.
- 5 years working experience in related fields;
- Excellent English in listening, speaking and translation with strong communication skills;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral;
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
-With the driver's license
-administrative experience is preferred

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service to GM/Asia Head on daily business operations, including arranging GM/Asia Head 's appointments, travels and important activities, providing translation/Interpretation support, screening out the correspondence, submitting reports, documents and other necessary works as requested.
-Support efficient internal communication for GM/Asia Head. Transfer the information between GM/Asia Head and the managers correctly and in time. Monitor and update the tasks assigned by GM/Asia Head, and report the status in time.
-Arrange the conferences of company and management. Take meeting minutes as required.
-Be responsible for the necessary logistics for the business trip of GM/Asia Head andvisitors, such as flight booking, transport and accommodation, etc.
-Maintain the adequate archives of GM/Asia Head office,
-Reception oversea and internal customers,
-Other work assigned by GM/Asia Head.
