Job Description:

· In charge of civil works and decoration works. Take part in the preparatory planning for the buildings and environment of the Campus; trace、review and control the building construction;

· Perform effective control of the quality, progress, investment, material & equipment, professional health & safety for the civil work, internal finishes, curtain wall, landscaping etc.

· Take on the alteration or/and expansion work when need in the completed buildings; be able to join construction management, acceptance for the alteration or/and the expansion works.

· Take on the periodic or/and routine check & maintenance for the Campus building and environment.

Person Specification

Skills and Knowledge

· Majored in the specialty in close relation to civil engineering, such as civil engineering, building engineering, structural engineering etc;

· Familiar with AutoCAD and relevant engineering application software;

· English level of CET-4 or above, fluent reading and writing.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor degree or combined degree, or above, at least 3 years of both technical and management experience in the main specialty field;

· Rich experience to take full charge of large and medium scale projects，able to perform planning in the preparatory phase for the large & medium projects; full ability to supervise the quality and progress of construction; effective control of the professional health & safety, quality and selection of material & equipment, and of environmental quality (both inside and outside);
